Advanced Psychotherapy Program (APP)

Our two-year Advanced Psychotherapy Program offers mental health professionals the opportunity to enhance their skills in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, focal therapy, and advanced clinical assessment. Students are encouraged but not required to be currently engaged in, or to have previously completed, a personal intensive psychotherapy or psychoanalysis. The APP is a two-year program, consisting of two 16-week semesters from September to May. The 3.5 hours per week class includes didactic classes and clinical conferences. Additionally, participants meet weekly for individual supervision of cases with a member of the faculty.
